We offer a complete range of services from initial project planning through to final delivery.

Willis & Associates Logistics is a non-asset based logistical management company. We provide knowledge and expertise to construction firms, engineering firms, utilities, freight forwarders, custom fabricators, manufacturers and field erected equipment suppliers in the area of transportation and logistics. We operate as a traffic department to some, and a resource to others in providing the liaison between the client, suppliers and consignee. Our scope of work covers both domestic and international transportation (all modes) in handling either specific shipments or managing all aspects of a project. We provide routing guides, freight evaluations, turnkey operations, carrier selections (rail, ocean, truck), engineered drawing reviews, site surveys, route clearances, turnkey operations, export packing, transportation negotiations and freight audit on completed operations. We have completed many operations in the US, as well as in Canada, Central America, South America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe as well as the Pacific Rim.

Project Management Planning and Review	Willis & Associates Logistics, Inc works with our clients during the prefab process. We provide information on what is considered legal versus over dimensional by the various states and provinces. We meet with our clients to help them with their transportation budgets and scheduling of cargo to job site. Our goal is to provide a service to our customer that will eliminate costly mistakes in the early stages of the project. We try to look at the project to see if trucking versus barge versus rail will save the customer dollars on the total project. Our goal save our customers dollars but more important help the projects go smoothly from start to finish.
Oversized Cargo	When it comes to oversize cargo we at Willis & Associates Logistics specialize in tailor made equipment to meet our customers’ unique requirements. Whether it is flatbed, LTL, Hotshot or multi-axle we can meet any customer’s challenge with our affiliation with the carriers we can provide direct service throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. Our carrier base consists of over 500 carriers and 11,000 pieces of specialized transportation equipment. No matter what it is, not matter where it is going, Willis & Associate Logistics can handle it.
Domestic Logistics	Willis & Associates Logistics has moved literally anything from electrical buildings, pipeline equipment, earthmovers, refinery equipment, and construction equipment. We have even hot shotted electrical switches to an electrical power plant. When it comes to domestic services, we at Willis & Associates provide you with the most effective and efficient way to move your products. We give our customers one less thing to worry about.
Transportation
Truck Transportation
Rail Transportation	To meet our clients’ project cargo, heavy hauling, rail movements, we work closely with the various railroads to handle our clients’ oversized and/or overweight cargo by rail. Whether it’s a combination of barge and rail, or rail and truck, we can make it happen. Note: In the picture at the right, we've actually arranged to move the rail car (caboose) over land by truck.
Barge Transportation	Through strategic partnerships, we also offer modal and intermodal solutions. These partnerships allow Willis & Associates Logistics to provide third party logistic services to shippers who ship project cargo throughout the inland rivers. We have the resources, equipment and transportation team to move oversized cargo efficiently and reliably.
Multi-Mode Transportation	In reviewing all options regarding the transportation of excessive dimensional cargo, the use of various modes of transportation is required to meet your needs. There are times we can improve on transportation costs and delivery schedules by using a combination of barge and rail as well as rail and truck combinations. Although compounded with handling costs, these combinations often prove to be a cost effective and efficient method in answering delivery requirements.
