Pursuing Employment or Contract Driver/Shipper status at Willis & Associates Logistics, Inc. We may receive Personal or Business Information from you including, but not limited to; resumes, CVs, cover letters and other correspondence when you provide this information in pursuance of employment or contract work at Willis & Associates Logistics, Inc.

Visiting Our Website - You may visit our website without registering. However, using any contact request form or request for quotation form or other email may register you in our contact databases. This Personal Information is provided by you on a voluntary basis and can be modified at any time in writing or by email to customer service at info@willislogistics.com. To have Personal Information permanently deleted, contact info@willislogistics.com. Personal Information collected for your profile includes, but is not limited to; your name; job title, address, email, phone, fax, and current employment information.

Contacting Customer Service - We may collect Personal Information when received from you when you contact Customer Service or any other person. This information will be used to address any customer service, or other business-related issues. Personal Information that we Automatically Collect Internet Protocol (IP) Address - Our website automatically records the IP address of your computer and general geographically-relevant location when you access the site as well as the time and date of access. This Personal Information is processed as appropriate for any job opening and retained for a period of no longer than one year. Third-Parties - While it is not our general practice to buy details from external providers of marketing lists, there may still be occasions where we receive data about you from a third-party.

Pursuing Employment at Willis & Associates Logistics, Inc. - Personal Information collected in pursuit of employment is used solely in connection with employment applications. Resumes and CVs are kept for up to one year after a position has been filled. We have a legitimate interest in processing Personal Information for these reasons. How We Share Your Personal Information General - We do not share or sell your Personal Information to anyone and only share it with third-parties or law enforcement in accordance with this Policy to facilitate business and services or to provide you information on our services if you have consented to receive such material.
